You might not get what I mean by this question, but lots of people walk around with quite thick chunked up eyelashes, and I was wondering, how can i get that effect, ive tried applying layers of mascara on my eyelashes but it doesnt give the effect its supposed to! Thanks, Gemma x

I'm just looking for some makeup tips - any advice anyone could give me to make my eyes stand out, make them look bigger, product suggestions, or anything would be great :)

Here's some info about my features;
- Eye color; very dark brown
- Eye shape; almond-shaped
- Eye size; medium
- Skin color; fair, but not exactly pale
- Hair color; dark brown with a reddish tint
- Skin; combination, not many breakouts, a little redness in nose area

i have a really shiny face... i dont know why... but it drives me nuts :@. I use oil free moisturiser (nivea visage young) i use a good powder but still the shine gets through. Has anyone got any suggestions on how i can stop the shine.

WHat all shud i wear? im goign into eight grade...i have tannish skin im indian if it helps. so far i have like 10 different shades of gloss-frosty pink, pink, coral, peach, dark pink..etc. i have brown eyes. i have a black kohl pencil and a brown eyelliner. i have a set of greenish brownish and gold eyeshadoe. also i have gold green purple...pretty much anything u cna think of. out of that what shud i wear? also mascara-yes or no and how many coats? here is a pix of me to help u decide my colors:

I wear mascara on top and bottom (2-3 coats), eyeliner on my bottom lid, pressed powder, and either reddish-brown eyeshadow or none at all. I want to wear heavier foundation than powder, but my mother says I'm too young (meaning no wrinkles or age spots to hide.) I disagree, because I have pimples, zits, and acne scars to hide. Is there a foundation that will offer me more coverage but isn't like a mask?

I have dark brown eyes, medium/fair asian skin tone, & dark dark brown/black hair. I use MAC make up only so if you could please name what color eyeshadows would best go with my dark brown eyes. I want something that will bring out my eyes more and it would be nice if you could tell me in which ways I should apply it; ex: blending two colors, one on top of another, or the half and half blend, etc. Including links on how best to apply it would help too :D.

I have tried Avon, MaryKay, Smokey Mountain mineral foundation and each one makes my chin (which is where the roseacea is) break out, crack, become pimply and peel.

Suggestions, please.

I went sun tanning today and totally forgot that I had my make-up in my bag. The contents of my make-up bag were Bobbi Brown correcter, Mac concealer, Loreal blusher, The Body Shop lipgloss and the Tea Tree cover up blemish stick.

Both the correcter and concealer seemed a little more creamy then usual. The rest were okay.. or rather looked okay to me. I hope the rest are not spoilt due to the heat exposure.. or are they?

I was wondering if it was okay to continue using melted eye make-up or I should just chuck it. It seems alright when I used it.. as in it looked fine but I'm worried that I might get an eye infection or something.

Some website said one way to do it is to just put the melted make-up in fridge to cool before application. I don't know if I can trust that.

WHAT SHOULD I DO...? :(

okay, don't tell me how i can make them go away by washing my face and using medication/benziol peroxide and keeping hydrated and stuff. i'm doing all that and i go to a dermatoligist. it's clearning up a little, i mean i have no big red zits or anything. i just have as my dermatoligist says "almost every pore clogged on my forehead" which results in a small semi-noticable little bump in every pore. What kind of cover up do you think would conceal these bumps?
