i have found that if you get a powder eye brow filler (like eye shadow but a lot darker) and a brow brush (very stiff) wet the brush and rub it across the brow filler it will go on smoothly and once it dries will not smudge or run.

like crayon eyeliner it goes on easier. it's not called crayon but it says it. it's just $1 at most beauty supply stores. or use IMAN eyeliner that's a crayon eyeliner too, that costs $10. you can get it from Carson Prarie Scott or Walgreens. it last very long

OKay so ur on a budget...I would suggest NYC liquid liner... About maybe $3-$5 I believe maybe even cheaper....NAy drugstore....But if u decide you want a better... MAC fluidline is your best bet.....

MAC do really nice eye pencils that only smudge when you blend them - otherwise they stay put. Totally recommended!
