Give me some ideas on how to do this. I want to do it when he is sleeping. He has been mean to me over the last few weeks so i want to get him back by putting makeup on him while he is sleeping

use tons of gloss and lipftick...blush...and crazy mismatching eyeshadow. cuz thats what boys will really notice the most.
you dont need to do macare. mabye eyeline would look good tho.

You are reaching into a bag of evil that I have not seen in a while. 'Getting back" at someone is never a good thing to do because - 1) it can backfire 2) this one may cause you more problems than you want 3) it's your brother - and that's what they do.
If I were you: FIRST, I'd talk to him. If he has been going overboard with his pranks, let him know that they are upsetting to you and you'd like for him to stop, or at least tone it down.
If you were going to get back at him do something more fun, not something that is hurtful. Tuck him in his sheets where it's hard for him to get out. Or have someone 'prank call him'. That's safe and sisterly.
On the otherhand, I wish I had had a brother to play tricks on me. I had only one sister and we were not allowed to do things like that to each other. My mom was always playing 'watch dog'.

overload the blue eyeshadow and some REALLY pink blush
then some reall red lipstick that will take forever to get off

Well, if you can wait a month or two for Halloween. Have him dress up in make-up. You will design his face. Experiment with a women's face, clown, zombie, and what ever you can come up with. Say you want to practice now. Good Luck.

Eye liner or red lipstick and draw devil ears on his forehead. Make sure you put the ultimate pink lipstick/lipgloss on his lips. Eyeshadow!! Give him colorful eyes. Put blush. But best of all put on nail polish. Like pink or something like that. And make sure he can't find the nail polish remover.

The best thing I ever did was painted my borther's nails in his sleep, and dumped out the nailpolish remover. It's a little more permanent...and it's easier to not wake him up. :)

Hahah! I did that to my uncle with my cousin and it was HILARIOUS!
We didn't put eyeliner or mascara because it will probably wake him up.
Just put SUPER BRIGHT eyeshadow on him, tons of blush, and red lipstick. Also, write something backwards like "loser" or whatever you want so when he wakes up and looks in the mirror he will read it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL. GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!! HAVE FUN!

make him look like an emo kid, Davey Havok, Jeffree Star, Chris Crocker, a girl, or just put the make up on really bad so he looks like a clown.
and you can draw on his face with pen.... hehe!

put a really glittery eyeshadow, lots of blush and anything else so make him look like a clown:P
