I went sun tanning today and totally forgot that I had my make-up in my bag. The contents of my make-up bag were Bobbi Brown correcter, Mac concealer, Loreal blusher, The Body Shop lipgloss and the Tea Tree cover up blemish stick.

Both the correcter and concealer seemed a little more creamy then usual. The rest were okay.. or rather looked okay to me. I hope the rest are not spoilt due to the heat exposure.. or are they?

I was wondering if it was okay to continue using melted eye make-up or I should just chuck it. It seems alright when I used it.. as in it looked fine but I'm worried that I might get an eye infection or something.

Some website said one way to do it is to just put the melted make-up in fridge to cool before application. I don't know if I can trust that.

WHAT SHOULD I DO...? :(

Good question, I'll link to your question so I can see the answers.

I always try to remember my make up bag when it's in the car and sometimes forget.

Whatever you do, don't touch the sticks while they are still warm.

I don't think a fridge is necessary, but bring them inside.

This happens to me when I leave it in the car, and its awfully discouraging when its expensive make-up that like $20 a pop. My advice is, if it is close to the same performance quality as before, keep it. If it is so far gone that you are afraid to use it, throw it out. If you are in the middle, yes, actually sometimes it does help me when I put stuff in the fridge or freezer for short periods of time. If it is a powder, forget about it, but eye makeup can often be frozen/chilled for a short period. It won't be like it was before, but its worth a shot. I saves me some money in the long run. Hope I could be of some help!

PITCH OUT THE EYE MAKEUP.. U do not want to take a risk on infection The excess heat can Make bacteria grow fast . EYE MAKE UP IS VERY PRON TO BACTERIA. Not worth the risk I would say The other make up should be ok. I Live in the Desert and we keep our lipstick in Frig .

theres absolutely no way that you can get an eye infection using this melted make-up unless it was mixed with something else in which a case just chuck it, but If you feel that its fine and are still questioning whether or not you should use it bring it to your family doctor to check it out for you.

If it still seems to work the same, I would go on and use it.

If you don't have peace about it, go out and get new makeup. It'd be better to spend the extra money than be stressed about potential problems.
