I have very pale skin, a round chubby face, my eyes are close-set (I've been told), my eyes are that funky color that changes from grey to blue to green depending on my make-up and clothes, and my hair is also color-changing (I have blonde streaks in the front, and the rest is basically brown with natural red highlights, but it can look totally red sometimes, and changes in different lighting; when I wear it up, it looks totally blonde).
What make-up should I wear? I've been told never to wear blue eyeshadow with my eyes.
I need the whole thing: eyeshadow, lipstick, foundation, mascara, blush. (Not that big on eyeliner.)
I prefer the Carmindy-type make-up over the showy styles.
Can you help?

I am trying to find a good foundation ,which is easy to use ,gives good cover and stays on a long time . I always find my make up melts off after a few hours . Are these mineral powders i have heard about any good ???? I have fair ,combination skin, if that helps !!! cheers !!!
