No. The reason you have color on your eyes is because the liner has left something behind on your face. If some is subtracter from the liner every time you use it, it will eventually run out (unless they make one that wouldn't run out in a person's lifetime)...now that I have answered the theoretical part...if you are sure you're going to want the same color eyeliner in the same place all the time forever, get it tatooed on.

I pampered myself 3 years' ago and had permanent cosmetics done. It's not faded and it's the best $400 I spent on my eyeliner.

Unfortunately, nothing lasts forever, especially not makeup. Cosmetics have an expiration date and it is always good to replenish your stock frequently. Otherwise, your makeup can become old and unusable.

i love d mac one i have had 4 ages now and i wear it all the time i think it lasted so long as i dont have to re apply it once its on it doesnt budge

i dont think there is an eyeliner or will be an eyeliner that will run out.
