Nars eyeliner pencils are great if you don't want to be too heavy with the eye makeup. "Black Moon" is the shade you would want. If you apply it sparingly and evenly along your eyelids, it should look hot =)

Being a guy who wears eyeliner. I would recommend M.A.C. Powerpoint Eyeliner in Engraved. It goes on easily and last all day until you remove it. And it's waterproof, but it is a bit of a splurge at 14 dollars.

Lancome, Lancome, Lancome. The girl at the counter will show you how to apply it, but their eyeliner is the best. The pencil is soft but firm enough to use quickly. Powdered liner is also very easy to apply, and most make up artists I work with use it, but it wears off easily.

I would say go with a soft pencil, something that you smudge a little and stay away from liquid eyeliners.

Maybelline pencils are really great. They're soft so you can smudge them easily. Mrrow. I would say M.A.C. but that's expensive.

do NOT get liquid eyeliner it SUCKS *** even if you get an expencive kind...so get a pencil....
