With a special waterproof make up remover. Oriflame offers one. Then again I also wear waterproof mascara and when washing your face properly, it comes off. Maybelline Volume Express waterproof mascara is great.

go to the drug store and buy maybelline expert eyes waterproof mascara remover. put it on a cotton ball, and press it gainst ur lid. that woul get most of it off, but it will leave the area around ur eyes oily, so remmber to wash ur face with soap after that nad ake sure ur face isnt oily the next time u use makeup. -it comes in a small pink bottle that is clear and is usually next to the mayblelline mascara ;)

Hi,
I have used baby oil or vegetable oil also works. It wont sting your eyes, just try not to get it in your eyes, as it is , well, oily. Let the oil stay on for about 2 minutes or so and then gently wipe off with a soft cloth or tissue.

It will probably come off with your facial cleanser. If not, try this make-up remover Holistic Formula Chamomile Eye Makeup Remover with Aloe Vera. It gets all of mine and it never burns. You get it at a Beauty Store like Pure Beauty.

If you can't afford a makeup remover, you can try a greasy cream. Tht work for alot of people.
Be careful when applying it keep one eye close apply a little use a cotton swab to wipe off. Then do the other.

Try an eye makeup remover. I like Almay Non-Oily Makeup Remover Pads, which you can get at Target or CVS.

to get any eyemake up off doesnt matter if it is waterproof or not, use eyemakeup remover. it works really well and is generally better than water. i reccomend" clinique rinse off eyemakeup solvent"

Just use make-up remover...Put some on a cotton ball and hold it on your eye for 30 secs to a minute and then wipe it away..
