I have very pale skin, a round chubby face, my eyes are close-set (I've been told), my eyes are that funky color that changes from grey to blue to green depending on my make-up and clothes, and my hair is also color-changing (I have blonde streaks in the front, and the rest is basically brown with natural red highlights, but it can look totally red sometimes, and changes in different lighting; when I wear it up, it looks totally blonde).
What make-up should I wear? I've been told never to wear blue eyeshadow with my eyes.
I need the whole thing: eyeshadow, lipstick, foundation, mascara, blush. (Not that big on eyeliner.)
I prefer the Carmindy-type make-up over the showy styles.
Can you help?

You have to go to the store to try on cosmetics to obtain the proper shade for you. We can only guess.

You should try Bare Minerals,an all natural foundation. Get an light pinkish blush. Don't use many colors, stick to natural colors. Its depends on how you wanna dress that day. For lipstick, stick to a light color to match your face. For mascara, try ti get one that is water and mudd proof, stick to a black or your eyes lash color and try not to get the clumpy ones. ALWAYS read the labels.

for foundation you would look great in ivory (cream to powder base), for eye shadow green, brown, copper, purple.
for blush and lipstick go for the pinks for a natural look. but for a going out in the clubs or something go for red on the lipstick. and if you choose to wear a eyeliner wear a brown color. mascara need to be black.
i love makeup so i hope this helps.

Try going to a mall or a stores make-up department. They have clerks that will help you and some do a demonstration so you can see how the product looks before you buy it.
