I have a big scar on my forehead...any cheap make-up tips to hide it?

When I was swimming (this was late June) at a campground, I swam into the wall of the pool (don't ask...I know, it was really dumb of me). I ended up getting a big round scar on my forehead and it's pretty much really ugly. Does anybody have any really cheap make up ideas or tips to hide it?

anyone have any good advice on how to apply make up and which colors to chose. I have fair skin and have a hard time picking the right colors...I dont want to look made up. Also Id like to know how to bring out my eyes...I wear glasses.

What is the best foundation? I always have trouble finding one that I like, I have light/medium skin and my skin is on the dry side, and I want my face to look " flawless" anyone have any favorites I should try.

How do I apply makeup on Oriental eyes?

I'm not really into all the eyeshadow and stuff like that, and I am not sure if this is a complicity, but I wear glasses. I'll be getting new glasses before back to school in either rimless or the rectagular shaped designer frames. Please give me some good advice!
