Anywhere you can find N.Y.C, Wet & Wild, and Rimmel. In fact, I had bought N.Y.C foundation (they call it liquid maekup instead) for under $3 at one of my local Wal-Marts.
Just check with different department stores and drug stores for those brands.
you can check the dollar stores, too, but your choices will be limited.
Those brand names I mentioned, I'm happy with them, and buy those. I can get a Wet & Wild eyeline pencil for only $1, and N.Y.C.'s liquid lipstick for under $3.

Try the Dollar Tree or Big Lots. They usually have pretty inexpensive make-up.

Any $1 Store...or look at places like Walgreens....when makeup gets close to expiring...the clearance it out........dollar general and family dollar stores are good too.

walmart os a good place to buy all kinds of foundayion there are really cheapone and then there are also a lilmore expensive they have good makeuptoo try walmart
