I have blue green eyes and pale skin. What is the best colour eyeshadow I can use to bring out the colour of my eyes?

i wear make up and cant seem 2 find the best eyeshadow thats dosent look too chalky or light for its color..
if u could recomend a creamy/powdery nice good color that has a lot of shimmer or sparkels that would b great!!

I've tried covergirl but it seemed to break me out. But, i haven't tried M.A.C. yet, it seems to have a good line but im not sure how it would work. Oh and neutrogena doesn't have shades for warm brown skin tones.

I'm on the drill team for my first year. We have to have our eyeshadow dark and bright enough where you can see it with all the lights on us, but without it being too much. Can someone help me on makeup tips? (Oh and if it helps, I have light skin but not like pale.)

I'm looking for an oil-free foundation/powder for quick and easy application that comes in asian skin shades. (I am on the paler sallow colored side- with no tan at all.)
MAC has compatible colors and is easy to use, but it's getting to be too greasy for me. I have the same problem with Shiseido.
And while Clinique's quality is good, they have pink tones in all their foundations and make me look like I'm wearing a bad calamine lotion mask. Argh!
