Can anyone tell me what I would have to do to get my eye makeup to look like this(click on the link) http://www.burned-bridges.net/images/stuff/eyebrow%20piercing.jpg
Also, can you tell me which kind of eyeline and eyeshadow I could use to create this look? Thanks a bunch :)

colors are purple and green (contrasting colors. contrastic colors are usually used for POP) with shimmer.
most of the colors like these (this year) are being made with the 'white' look. (they almost look white in the package, but go on with more color)
the purple is used as eyeliner over the liquid liner (on the top lash line turn slightly upwards toward the end of the brow)
green used in crease.
don't forget to put on fake lashes, too, for the complete look (mascara, too)

light blush and only tinted gloss on lips or you will end up looking like a clown

Apply mascara and a base shadow, then sweep liquid eyeliner along the top lid and bottom lid. If you struggle with liquid (alot of people do) then shappen a pencil eyeliner and do that. Then take an eyeliner that is pencil and of the desired colour (glittery purple in that case) and go along the bottom lid. Find an eyeshadow (preferably cream) to rub on the top lid. All of the products i said can be found in a chemists (boots if ou live in england) you just have to find the colours or make you like. Some mascaras, eyeshadows etc work for some and not others.

(I'm not sure exactly what colors those are, but here's the best I can do) Get a light brown eye shadow that has a bit of shimmer to it and put it all over the top of the eyelid. Then get a slightly darker brown eyeshadow with shimmer to it and put it on the bottom of your eyelid (by the eyelashes). Take a lavender eyeshadow with shimmer to it and put a small streak of it under your eye (like in the picture). Then just use a dark brown eyeliner and mascara and that should be pretty close.

there's two things going on there: a subtle smokey eye, and a cat eye

so choose what colours, it doesnt have to be those!
put your lightest from lashline to brow. this is your base.
put the next from lashline to just above the crease of your eye (open your eye to make sure the colour still peaks above the crease when your eye is open) now the trick is BLENDING. use a medium fluffy brush and make lots of little circle motions to blend blend blend, concentrating the colour the the outter third of your eye.

now the cat eye: start with sketching this on with eyeshadow, as it can be tricky! use an angle brush if you have one, and with a brown shadow, sketch a line across the top of your lashes (as tight to them as you can get) to the outter corner, then wing it out... try to make sure it doesnt dip below the corner of your eye, or it will drag your eye down (try taking some concealer and making a line out from the corner of your eye, thats your guideline!) Once you're happy with the shape, use a liquid liner, in a pen form, or (my preyference) a cake eyeliner -- you activate it by adding water. don't [try to outline the whole thing at once, or it'll get bumpy. go slowly, a little bit at a time!
for the glittery effect, try pigments. awesome ones are at MAC, and you can usually go in and get a handful of samples of these. the samples alone will last forever!

Hints: do your mascara last. otherwise, you'll have these great dark lashes and all the fall out from your eyeshadow will get in them and turn them grey.

also, put a lot of powder under your eyes! like visible huge powder. it looks silly, but this way, after all your shadow falls under your eyes, you can take a big brush and sweep it all away with a quick stroke! this way, you're not discolouring your cheeks and having more makeup to correct

you need to use liquid eyeliner and try to create the same lines they did. Then get silver sparkle eyeshadow and dust it where they put it.

put on the eye liner first. then put a thin layer of powder over your entire eye lid. Get sparkly eye shadow (in a stick if you can, it's easier to put on that way I think) and put the colors where shown in the picture. Then if you want, you can use a brush to smooth it out (very lightly). Good luck.
