It comes off, but they have a team reapplying it.

it does come off and they just stop the camera to reapply it. haven't you ever wondered why when there is an actress in a movie and they are just waking up in the morning or they've been stranded in the desert for two weeks with no water and they look fresh as a daisy where as i look like death warmed over by the time i get home from a 10 hour work day. movie make-up darling.
wouldn't we all want someone following us around to make us alway look fabulous. you can get a stuff that you put over lipsticks and some brands like revlon even have double duo lipstick and the staying stuff in the same box. look down the make-up isles or go to a beauty supply store and ask the sales girl they'll be able to help you.

because a makeup artist is constantly reapplying it for them and the old trick of three coats of liner and lipstick is used..i know, i have done this for a living for years. apply lipstick and liner, blot, powder, apply again, blot, powder, and them apply a sealer, you are good to go!
