I don't know what Nicole Kidman uses, but Mary Kay has a variety of shades for fairer skin types. Check out this site and see if there is anything in the Ivory range that might work for you: http://www.marykay.com/daryn_anderson/color/foundations/default.aspx If you do choose a shade, make sure that the foundation you choose is right for your skin type.
Normal/Dry Skin: Full-Coverage Foundation
Combination/Oily: Medium-Coverage Foundation

Try the shear liqiud foundations, and clinique used to make a very pale one it was a loose powder
