everytime i put shampoo on my hair gets messed up. its un-mannagable and its kinda fuzzy. what kinda shampoo prevents that? i usually put on selsun blue or head n shoulders (those r dandruff shampoos)

How do I make my natural red highlights stand out more?
My hair is completely black, but two weeks ago I went to Disney World, and I was 8 days under the sun, so I think that 'triggered' some red highlights on my hair. I think only I can notice them though; Is there some thing I can do to make them stand out more? I don't wanna dye my hair. (Not yet anyway.)

i have medium brown (not too dark, not too light) hair colour. if i were to dye my hair a darker brown, would i have to apply the dye to my eyebrows as well? if so, are there any techniques?

if i wanted to go blonde, would those l'oreal/fructis/whatever hair dyes that you can buy at the local store actually work?

ok, i've wanted 2 dye my hair for about a year now but im afraid to ask my aunt (who i live with) because i know she'll say no. (she says she doesn't want me to damage my hair). Well my mom said if my aunts ok with it she'd help me since neither me or my aunt would no what to do.....so how can i convince my aunt to let me??

I have medium-long brown, curly hair and bangs that go over my eyes. I need hairstyles that i can do. anything that would go with my hair. please tell me how to do it, and how long it would take. also, describe it. if there is a specific name for it, put it in.

Put in as many styles as you want, the more the better.

Well..i had my hair re-bonded 2.5 yrs ago in Pakistan.They were so Healthy,awsome+straight & shiny. But as the time goes by it became the same way it was before :S..I want to do the same .. Should i use conditioner on permed hair?
i heard that:
* you can't because it will cause knots
*you can't because it will strighten your curls out
*i also heard to use it because it will make the curls look bouncy!

i am willing to travel if necassary. i would prefer not to..but....i have dreaded my hair myself several times only to cut it off a year down the road because it did not turn out as i anticipated. i want fatty purrrty uniform dreads. if anyone knows of a good place to go(besides knotty boy..i cant go to canada) please please please let me know!

How long do i leave it in my hair? Do i put it in while in hte shower or can i use a shower cap and wash it out afterwards?? How will I know its all washed out? How long will it take to see results? Are there any other products out there that would help even more?

I've had long hair for a while, but its starting to get wavy and it ALWAYS tangles, it's not real long, it's just long for guy hair. I want to know a short guy hair style where the bangs are long, but the rest of the hair is short, the sides right past or on the ears, and the back really short, but if you think of that it wouldn't make sense, is there any hairstyles like this that look good?

My hair needs serious tidying up. I have medium-long length hair and fairly good condition. However, my last stylist didn't do a very good job. I have layers, and they've grown very uneven - and they were cut WAY too thick, while my actual hair length looks like rats tails. I also had a side fringe put in, way too THICK and uneven. I've also grown tonnes of frizzy-looking stray bits, especially the hair around my face and all the way along the back.
What can I tell my NEW stylist to help me out? What should I have done to sort out the problem?

I'm thinking of getting Tree Braids done but I don't know where to get them. I ask but many salons say they can do it but then mistake them for invisible braids. Tree Braids is when you cornrow the hair and adding loose human or synthetic hair at the same time.
Anyone know where I can get these done in NY?

I think im going to get that because, my hair is damaged from bleaching than dying it.

If it makes my hair feel greasy than i wont use it or hard to rinse out.

ALSO
after i use the hot oil can i dye it to get the perfect color iwant?!!!!!???!?!?!
