Hair - March 2007

i'm going to a concert in a couple weeks and I want to do my hair differently. usually for a concert i keep it in pig-tails 'cause otherwise it gets really frizzy (humidity). my hair is a little bit past my chin and my face is round-ish. i really don't want a pony-tail. oh, i'll probably be jumping up and down a lot at said concert...so that should be taken into concideration, too. thanks!!! =)

I have very straight, brown, boring hair. I just need a good photo of side bangs with layers (medium length). But nothing to intense, I'm in middle school. I found a photo on yahoo of veronica mars and it was really good, but in case there is anything else, I'd really REALLY appreciate it. And FYI, my hair isn't very good at holding style. Unless I try really hard. My hair can get oily easily, but it normally looks really good with a side part...I wanted to try bangs. (I'm getting it cut tomorrow. i need a photo ASAP!)

i really want to have long hair but the problem is that my hair grows upwards and im worried that my hair wont fall down and i'll have like a huge afro or something. I have been growing it for about a month, its already about 1inch long, and my hair grows pretty quickly. so...

1. Will it eventually fall down? And how long do you think it might take?

2. Where do boys usually spilt it? like in the middle or something?

3. How long should i grow it? to my chin or shoulder?

I have medium brown hair and parts of it are lighter than the other due to Loreal Couleur Experte which i thought would make my hair turn out beautiful but it turned out into a disaster. I'm deciding to dye my hair again but I'm having trouble choosing which brand. I want a very light shade of brown, maybe close to a dark blonde, but each time i dye my hair it tends to turn out darker than what i want. Please help me!!!

Does anyone know a cure? I wash my hair once a week and my the third day it start being very oily and starts to smell. I find myself scratching my scalp alot and it results in flaky dandruff. I can see in the mirror than my scalp is all crackes and peeling. I need help!!!!

I got a haircut 2day and after the guy was finished he asked me if i wanted him to spray alcohol around and over my hair i said wat? but he did it anyways..i did get my hair cut b4 there just once but i got my hair cut by a different guy and they never asked me that before..is it bad?
