I got a turquoise blue dress with silver beading for prom. My date picked out an all black tux with a silver vest and tie. But neither of us can figure out if he should have a black shirt or a white shirt. What do you think?

I bought my husband a Buckle ring which is slightly too small but my local jewellers told me it is too thick to be stretched. I asked about adding a section to it to make it bigger but he said that can't be done either.
