Hi!
So, I got to wondering..... denim hotpants with black tights underneath and brown slouchy leather boots.... a good look, or not?
I saw a girl wearing this the other day, and she looked hot to me! But perhaps I have weird tastes?!
Help me settle this debate between my friends and I, please :-D

I found the edgy, individual look of the tights under hotpants really sexy! Denim skirts are so boring now, bring on the hotpants! ;-) But I see your point - my boyfriend isn't a fan of the opaque tights .... although he says they somehow look better on me than anyone else he's seen them on.... ahhhhh... *liar* ;-)

hell yes! opaque tights, just the feel of them gets bungle all hot under his bear suit.
hot pants with anything is hot, even kathy buke or rosie odonnel might look hot with them

The other day I saw a girl walking through Manchester town centre.......wearing teal green opaque tights, denim hotpants, leopard print court shoes and a brown leather jacket.
She looked cool as f**k!!

I think that look is great. The shorter the hot pants, the better! If Ur still unsure, break yourself in gently with pale grey or khaki. tights. Then just go nuts, Grape, Teal and burgundy work well 2.

the look with hotpants and tights - there really in at the moment - but i;m not sure about demin hotpants - maybe something like black ones or beige ones etc etc

get some tan flesh coloured ones.
Black tights look like you've just got changed in the bogs after school! lol
I used to wear the same outfit but with flesh coloured tights (their really good if you get the ones from superdrug) and i got to say I've never, in all my life, pulled so many blokes :-)

In my humble opinion, tights under trousers do not look good. Of course, some people have to wear support tights for medical reasons but if you can avoid it then do.

Unquestionably a good look. Tan tights are also hot.
But I warn ya - I am prejudice, I love admiring all you ladies showing off your legs in tights and sometimes even in pantyhose.

brown boots & black tights is where you went VERY WRONG! but yes opaque tights & shorts are fine as long as the denim isnt light

Nope.
Tights should match the boots therwise it cuts your legs in half, then it wouldn't be as bad (but only if you have fantastic legs and are young enough to carry it off!)
