These are Vietnamese style. Just goto a viet clothes store, a lot of them sell it. Sometimes they even just put the material up and take your measurements and then make it for you. Its called an Áo Dài. If you lived in California I could tell you they sell alot in san diego and orange county. I'm not too sure about Texas but I know there is a good size population of viet there. There should be at least a few viet clothes stores there.
