I would like to order jeans from Victoria Secret and it's in the US, and I am in Canada. Are the jean sizes and shirt sizes the same? If not can you help me out?

I live in the Caribbean, so I really don't understand the difference between Polly fill jackets, ski jackets, outwear, light jacket. What's the best jacket if I am moving to NYC in the next weeks? Where do I purchase these items?

Ok.. so I'm a teenager and at the point where I'm pretty much obsessed with shopping. So by this point in time I'd say I have a pretty well balanced wardrobe. I have my fair share of American Eagle jeans and Hollister sweaters etc etc.. But I need some outfit ideas to change up the usual t-shirt and jeans routine without going to overboard.. anyone have any ideas?
