NOT Claires Accessories my wife went to one and had the top of her ear pierced and they used a piercing gun which you are not supposed to use on anything but ear lobes (and they can't be cleaned properly amongst other things). She had terrible infections for 6 months before we could take the bent! stud out. Go to a professional body piercing studio where they know what they are doing NOT an accessory shop.

Not in a hairdressers go to a tattoo shop and have it done with a needle not with the gun because its no good it somtimes leave a lump on the back i should know i had 10 once in my ear and had some done again because i had problems with them.

interesting...does she mean the best place on her ear or the best place to go get it done? Personally I would go to a piercer

I got my first two done at Claire's Accessories. They did them both at the same time, which is good because then you can't chicken out of the second one!! But the disinfectant they give you is rubbish.

At a place where they practice good asepsis, such as a chemist. You don't want to end up with ear infection!

Claires. Some hair salons peirce ears, and they are much cheaper. I had my ears pierced at Claires and it was like $30.. at the salon it was $12. ;)

Any reputable jewellers but I wouldn't recommend Claire's Accessories cos you always sit right by the window and everyone stares at you which doesn't help you relax and then it hurts!

you can get them done at tattoo parlors, salons, accesory shops and doctor's offices. tatto parlors and doctors are generally more sertile, but if you follow the instructions and clean them, a place like Claire's would do
