I have exactly 75$ and i want to spend it on a sstroe which has really nice tps. im 15 years old btw. which store can i buy the nicest tops but are also as cheap as possible coz i wanna buy as much as i can.. can you please give me their websites too?

Marshalls has some REALLY cheap stuff. They have alot of brand things that are out of season so they sell them cheap. They have really nice quality clothing and great fabric. They are really stylish also. I highly reccommend Marshalls.
Delias is also a REALLY great store! They have great deals also. It is suchhhhhhh a good store.
Also, Aeropostale is great. I only had $5 left once and I bought a really cute shirt. It was not even on sale.
Forever 21 also has great sales. They have so many sales racks. You can buy dresses for like $15. They are so great. Go there.

Forever 21 is always a great place to go when you want a big bang for your buck. Also, dresses are good investment for $20-30 you've got almost a whole outfit. (wear then with tights in the winter)

Look for a second hand consignment store that advertizes "gently worn clothing" . You can get some pretty good stuff in these places

http://www.target.com they have some really cool shirts. Just look under womens clothing and tops. You will have a ton of choices. They have go international, vintage t's which run really small, and other stuff.

Good will & Thrift stores they have good selections and all types of sizes. Some of them even have name brand clothing that has never ever been worn before.
