Stay away from m&s lol
the lady who measured me stood looking at the twins to check what size i was! instead of just measuring me up!
and she wasnt even right, i went to my favourite place to go , contessa, just to double check, and found she had measured me like 2 sizes two small lol

M&S are pretty good but there is a mathematical rule to measuring bra sizes so you could do it yourself. You have to measure under your bust, then across the fullest part of your bust. By adding something to one of these measurements it calculates your cup size. Be warned though that different styles of bras can actually alter the inch and cup size. For example if I took my measurements as per above and worked it out to be a size 36 C ....then they style might dicate I need a 38B or a 34 D instead!. Try it out here......

Some old lady type underwear shop such as Contessa- they really seem to know their stuff. I steer clear of Marks and Sparks- although its famous for it's underwear, their sizes just don't fit me, they seem markedly different to any other shop, although saying that, all brands will be slightly different, and even after being measured you must still try stuff on before buying

I think Marks and Spencer are about the best and they don't pressure you into buying a bra there
