I have blonde hair and I want it brown. How can I do that without dying it?

My arm/hand hair is pretty light but a little thick and there's kind of a lot of it so I've been thinking of waxing it off. I've looked around on Yahoo Answers already so I wouldn't have to be another person to ask this again but I saw mixed answers and I'm not sure what to think. Will arm come back lighter and thinner or darker and thicker when waxed? And how long does it take to grow back?

Or is there anything you can use that will thin arm hair?

Btw, one of the main reasons I want to do it is because I've been wanting to get into doing henna on my arms and I think that having too much hair's going to make it harder to do a design right.

I want to know if it will look right to get a color tattoo or a regular tattoo. I'm a medium skinned black guy. Does anyone have any links of where I could take a look at color tattoos on black people. Could you recommend some people in the LA area (the Valley).

A few weeks ago, I went to a tattoo artist who designed a gorgeous calf piece for me. During the first session, we just had the outline done. We didn't schedule a 2nd session, as we were unsure of when it would heal because my skin had a bit of trouble holding the ink at first. We decided that I would give him a call when it was healed. I paid him up front for the tattoo. He gave me a great deal, so I paid it off. Now that the tattoo is healed, I went to the shop in person to see if he was there so we could schedule a 2nd session, but I was told that he had quit about 4 days prior! I was given his number, which is disconnected, and was told that someone else could finish it, but I'd have to pay full price for it all over again. What are my options from here? Also, I don't want anyone on my back about paying up front. I was undercharged for the piece itself, so it really wasn't a problem to pay up front. Esp. for the time he put into it. Had he charged per hour, it would've broke me!

I gauged my ears with a 14g taper two days ago. My left is infected, my right is fine. The tapers are still in, but I wanted to know if there was something else I could use to clean them, more effective than antibacterial soap, and acrylic friendly because i want to salvage the tapers.

I am a normal teenage girl who loves junk food. I eat crappy things like chocolate, ice cream, I drink sugary drinks, greasy burgers, all this junk, I know. But I've been noticing that like my whole forehead is covered in pimples, not like huge red zits (well i have a couple) but pimples & they hurt bad. I've been using skin mosturizers that claim to take out the dirt thats clogging my pores but I dont see much difference. Are these foods the cause? And if so can eating smaller portions or less of these foods make them go down any? Any ideas,anybody?

One girl I know is really ticklish and seemed to enjoy it gets closer to me. It's also a topic of discussion how ticklish she is when friends are there. Another girl was like wtf you doing when i tickled her in class but she was flirting with me day before? Another girl gets turned on by it.... So do girls like to be tickled and where? (stomach, back, side, neck, arm, leg, knee, foot?)
