I am a normal teenage girl who loves junk food. I eat crappy things like chocolate, ice cream, I drink sugary drinks, greasy burgers, all this junk, I know. But I've been noticing that like my whole forehead is covered in pimples, not like huge red zits (well i have a couple) but pimples & they hurt bad. I've been using skin mosturizers that claim to take out the dirt thats clogging my pores but I dont see much difference. Are these foods the cause? And if so can eating smaller portions or less of these foods make them go down any? Any ideas, anybody?

Although your hormones are to play here we are what we eat and drink so everything in moderation.

You can't just get rid of the acne without exfoliating the dead layers of skin twice a week, also doing a hot mask to release the dirt may help (Once a week) and before you wash your face at night take a hot compress to your face -

Try to drink more water
and find a good solid regime twice a day -
face wash, toner, acne cream -

Pimples are caused by grease that fatty foods contain. It's good to have a junk food day also when you wash your face make sure you use hot water becuz it opens your pores and cold water at the end to close them.

Food does not cause acne. Hormones do. Any dermatologist will tell you that.
