By rubbing your scalp 5 minutes in the morning 5 in the afternoon and 5 at night. It stimulates the hair growth cells. Drink a ton of water too! But to get the exact amount you need you divide your body weight by two and drink that many ounces just as an estimate a bottle of water has 30 fl oz.

Dear, you know very well it is not possible to grow a long hair in just a month time. Only 2 to 4 mm length of growth is possible. But if you follow a regular hair care program, you can certainly grow and make it long. Any how my best wishes.
