The hairstylist not just messed up the color of my hair by doing completely opposite of what I asked her, but when questioned confronted, she was rude, impolite, insulting. Made critical remarks of my previous highlights which were done beautifully.
She aslo called me aggressive personality, accused me of using cheap products, refused to answer any questions about her credentials in hair color techniques. misinformed me and used bleach instead of color. When I asked for refund, she said it was a scam. Refused to refund and offered to fix her mistake but it sounded threatening. She said she will do it for free and color my hair orange as it appreared to her " which I think is threatening. Also said she not understanding what I wanted was my mistake not hers. Kept insisting she gave me a great price where as price was not the factor to start with, it was the product line. Can I take her to court for mis-behaviour and cheating.

If you want a nice curly/crimped hair look, braid your hair when its damp into 2-5 sections/pieces and open your hair when its dry
