No. Try weight watchers. Better for long term weight loss and maintenance. I did Metabolife years ago. Lost a bunch of weight but gained it all back plus some. You have to change the way you eat and learn to make lifestyle changes.

Heck no! the long term effects of most of this stuff out there is not known, how could it be? how many years would you consider long term? Yes, this stuff researched for years, but I don't believe its been enough years. Heck look at what just happened to Anna Nicole Smith, I'm not saying that killed her, but...
