I have had my nostril pierced for nearly three years. However, after an initial 3 months, I haven’t ever removed my piercing (a screw design). It’s never really bothered me… I was just curious if it is something I should take out occasionally? Is there any harm in leaving it in? While I like it now, I don’t want to wake up in 5 years with a nasty scare of sorts.

Also, as it doesn’t pose problems, I never do any special treatments. Should I be?

I have managed to get hairspray or gel or something on the sides of my ceramic straighteners. When I pull them down my hair they drag and break the hair. Can i use nail varnish remover without damaging the plates?

My daughter's hair is very dry. As soon as she gets out of the shower the front part of her hair is already dry. For this reason I have to put her hair in a braided ponytail with hair barretts all over the front of her hair. I would like to have her hair loose sometimes instead of a ponytail.

becuase it was dry i used aveeno and the pimples would go away and out of no where another would pop up....could there be sumthin in the aveeno lotion?

I started toning my body after high school and got myself into great shape. I got sick of tighty-whities because they looked so "little kiddish". I started buying smaller under wear like thongs and string bikinis. They were so so more comfortable than what I was wearing before. I also saw that I actually look good in thong and/or g-string underwear. My wife likes that I wear them (go figure). I'm a guy nevertheless and she says it's not the status quo to wear them, but, It doesn't matter to her though.
I wonder if the ladies out there would have a problem if their man chose a diffrent type of underwear or you would prefer to them to change to thongs etc. ?

I have long curly red hair and it's been cut in layers. My problem is, that it is so long that the weight pulls all the curl out so it's more wavy than curly. It is also flat and straight down to my ears.

I love my curls and want to work with what I have. I've spent years straightening and trying to make it do things that it just won't do.


I am looking for a cut that will give me volume on top as well as bring the curl back.

I don't like to spend a lot of time on my hair. I usually put a styling product in and scrunch.

I have heard the stories of my friends just eventually ripping theirs off and that it hurts really bad, one even said the salon did that. Shouldn't a salon have some sort of dissolving solution or am I just going to have to deal with the pain when the day comes I don't want them anymore??? Thanks
