Use SPF everyday. dont go tanning. The sun causes the most damage to a person's skin.
USe proper face cleansers, moisturizers, and anti-aging creams. dry skin lead to cracks and wrinkles.
Get facial massages if you can afford them if not then do daily facial massage at home, thats like exercise for your face.
makeup is not a bad thing just make sure and remove makeup before sleeping.
dont rub your eyes too much, the skin around the eye is delicate.
use neck creams, lip balms and eye creams. wrinkles and aging are first noticable in those areas so make sure and take care of those areas.
do thing to destress.
Stress, sun, and drying of the skin is what causes aging.

One day everyone's gonna look really old, it catches up sooner or later, atleast by the time someone is 80 yrs. old. it's inevitable.
I think it's harder on younger women because there's a little more fear involved. It's natural to feel this way in such a youth oriented society. And once your in a serious relationship you don't feel so much pressure of "being on the market" looking for a man. The only thing u can do, is just do and be the best that you can. It's hard for some people, I totally understand, but there's a lot more in life than just looking beautiful. there's a whole other world out there and from a spiritual point of view and spiritual realizations, it's a lot easier to put image on the back burner.
If it helps any they say that "50 is the new 30" because people are livin longer and lookin younger because of technology.
It's perfectly fine to have pride in one's looks, but just add more to your life to take the focus off you for awhile. Like other blessings you have and some type of volunteer work to make you feel very fortunate in all aspects in ur life.

I'm 39 so I can relate. I noticed when I turned 35 a few wrinkles, etc. Aside from botox and plastic surgery I don't think there's anything you can do. To keep your face looking tighter people do suggest putting Preparation H on your face. I know, sounds wierd but people actually do it. I tried it but the smell from the cream was too strong.

dont wear foundation everyday
establish a skincare routine - remove make up before bed, cleanse, tone, moisturise
also dress your age, dont do the mutton as lamb thing, its just embarassing

Use a good skin care treatment. This will help you avoid wrinkles and as long as you mousturize your skin, don't use too much makeup and you take really good care of what you have, you'll be fine.
