I heard cause the way your leg is forced to be when u wear high heels, u can gain muscle. is this true?

i've been having hair fall like crazy!... my hair is everywhere! its been like 5 days already and i've lost like a big glass full of hair! and i'm only 14 ! but its not really noticable

1. what's the cause of this?
2. how do i stop it?

I just got some new shorts for the gym. They are nike, but they are tight kind of like biker shorts. I just tried them on and they show my underwear line really bad!!! What could I do??

My wife said that her mother shaved her head when she was younger because her hair was fine and wanted it to come out thicker. She believes that shaving (or clipping) your hair when you are a baby will make it thicker. Is this true? I think it is a myth but she is positive it isn't. Who is right?

I'm wondering that if I held my hair back [such as in a ponytail or bun] long enough, that the hair would just stop growing at the very front of my forehead.

Also, if you separate your hair the same way, one of my friends said that your hair stops growing where you separated if kept for awhile.

Is any of this true?
