semi permanent make up aso known as -micro-pigmentation
Permanent lip treatment reduces the appearance of fine lines around the lips that lipstick often bleeds into. Restore fullness, youthfulness and beauty to the lips. The majority of clients that request this procedure want natural results with soft tones .

Lip line - natural or defined. Guaranteed to perfect the shape of the mouth.

Lip line and blush - offering the client fullness, symmetry and beautiful soft colour. Lip blush defines the outline of the mouth with soft shading which gets lighter towards the centre of the lip.

Full lip tint - giving the lips a perfect finish. Shading and highlighting enhance a thin flat lip, define the shape, provide symmetry and create an overall natural lip colour. This treatment is favoured as it gives the most natural results and complements the whole look.

*Eyebrows bring character to a person's face. They are involved in all facial expressions. This is why it is so important to give them as much care and attention as the eyes or the mouth.

*The eyes are the first thing people notice because they are so expressive. Eyes can be a thing of beauty and like any painting, they benefit from a frame.

Permanent make-up (tattoos) is what you are talking about. I have a close friend who has had it done. If your health is great and you want a tattoo seek a professional shop that has done this for some time. Eye makeup (eye liner) requires that you be put under general anesthesia, My friend is diabetic and over weight, she coded two times on the table. This can be a major medical procedure. How ever if you are in great health go for it but first check out some of their previous patients and their work- Because ITS PERMANENT if they put it on heaver than you like it tooo bad. My friend does always look freshly made up and she got a good job done. Good luck and do your home work before you submit your self.

No way in hell for me. The thought of a needle coming at my eyes scares me enough, but the skin on a person's lips is really sensitive. I don't really know if it would be possible. A person could maybe have lipliner done, but I highly doubt they would actually tattoo on one's lips. I could be wrong though.

You can get permanent makeup for eyeliner, eyebrows, and lips. They also have "corrective" permanent makeup that reduces the visibility of scars and whatnot.
