A mini shirt & leggings or a mini skirt & calf/knee high boots?

I'm not really a huge fan of either, but if I had to choose I'd say definitely the mini skirt and boots. I hate leggings, especially when paired with mini skirts or oversize shirts with a belt. It reminds me too much of the '80s.

Mini's with knee high boots seem too far of a stretch, I prefer mini's with leggings!
I probably am very "80's" tho in my opinions!!!!!!

I wear leggings with my skirts but im only 12 and i dont get allowed wear miniskirt.

Depends on who is wearing them. I do not want to see Roseanne Barr in anything like that but either would look good on someone like Eva Longoria.
