i've been having hair fall like crazy!... my hair is everywhere! its been like 5 days already and i've lost like a big glass full of hair! and i'm only 14 ! but its not really noticable
1. what's the cause of this?
2. how do i stop it?

every day we lose up to a 100 strands. and maybe u need a better shampoo and conditioner as well as moisterizer

Medication can cause this. Also lack of brushing the scalp good every day. Your scalp needs stimulation to make the blood supply to the scalp better. Hope this helps you.

Are you stressed about something? Do you live in a cold climate? Sometimes when your body tries to adjust to changing temperatures it does weird things to regulate itself. If it keeps up I'd see a doctor.
