My husband and I are having a debate. He says Utilikilts are obscene. I think they are sort of cool. I would like your opinion. I live in Fort Worth, and ive looked everywhere for it. i can find it online but i was hoping to buy it direct. It is on the lower scale of pricing, and it did not stay in circulation very long. I think it came out in 98, but i am unsure of the exact year.
