As your hair grows, it will always grow your natural color. There are things that will affect that though, like sun, diet, and age. Using color products will never affect the natural color. The highlights will always be there until your hair grows to that length again, but you can color it the same as your natural color if you decide you don't want the highlights. Be careful though - too many chemicals can damage your hair!

no, once highlights grow out (or any haircolor you put on) they are gone forever.
hair grows at the root, anything below the root is not affected by what you put on hair.
Hair can change color over the years, so sometimes people who have been coloring their hair for years will get a much different color if they decide to grow out the fake color and go back to the natural.

Your natural hair will grow in the same color. The only thing highlights will do is cause the sections of your hair that has been bleached to be thinner than the non-bleached sections. Your natural hair color might seem darker as it grows in. But that is only because you see it right next to the bleached sections.
