i already use shampoo and conditioner, i want to know what pretty much everyone uses to get smooth and silky hair!!!!

Or better to lose some weights before? I want to have very active body in addition to be stronger. And is my body go out of shape if I stop bodybuilding?

Which parts of my hair do i apply these micro links too, If you have experience with hair extensions, Do you apply them in lines within your hair, & how far apart do you seperate them,
If you have a website that could show me step by step or images or videos that would be great. Even a detailed descripton,
They're 18 inches with 200 strands

Also, If you have used mico ring/link hair extensions what was your experiences?

i used to buy a foundation stick (tawny tan) mattese(matt-eice) from a shop in dalston called bunnys(clothes shop which had a makeup section downstairs), i went there recently and the shop has closed down,its the only place i no that sells this makeup, if anyone knows about this makeup please le me know where i can get.

i recently well the 24th or close to there will be 2 months since i dyed my hair. I picked a dark ash blonde and it kinda turned my hair light brown/light red. and im about to get my hair highlighted. their also putting some bleach in it so it makes it really blonde. so even kno my hair is kinda light red will the streaks still be really blonde? the red wont affect it , will it? help!

I've heard that mico braids can be styled any which way, but may damage my hair. I like the texture of kinky twists, but they lose their shape once they get wet. My hair will most likely get wet on my honeymoon.

my dad died 15 years ago i was 7 now im 22 i have a family of my own. i love tattoos but hate memorial tats with R.I.P with name and DOB, DOD. and crosses i'm not religious i can't remember much, everything is pretty fuzzy.he was into fishing and hunting and watch boxing and offroading but i don't want a fish a deer head on my back or boxing glove then it would give the impretion he was a boxer nor his truck he died in his truck i don't want that.
the only tat i could think of was the music i hear i can remember but then it might look wierd.
our family grew up listing to bob marley Legend cd a #1 and gregory issacs certin songs i remember what i was doing and where my dad was, also my dad was indian aztec so i didn't know if i should get bob marley legend cd face and gredory issacs out deh cd photo and combine the songs together whick come out to be i thought of his face but no. any other ideas?

That irritates you....i have many but the most thing that irritates me when i see someone wiping their eye brow when you rub it from top to the bottom is ok....PLEASE PLEASE don't rub it from the bottom up..makes me wanna walk up to you and rub your eyebrow down for you...please pass the word to all no rubbing eye brows in public ...should be a new law :)

Everytime I work out...I LOOK skinner but then....when I eat a simple little thing like an apple or a peice of candy..I start to feel and look fat...just after I work out!!! Why is that?
