This is so cute. to me it looked navy blue so what I would wear is some really cute white flats. I got a really sute pair at Payless but here is an example. http://www.anthropologie.com/jump.jsp?itemID=12814&itemType=PRODUCT&iSubCat=816&iMainCat=812 but in white. Then get some really big white beads that hang right at your neck and you'll be styling. Oh and don't forget a cute white bag. Sooo cute

That is a great dress....nice cut and fit....timeless as far as style goes but I think it may be a tad too dressy for an office setting. It looks more like a nice dinner dress.

A little "party dress" for the office, but could work with a blazer and flats or very small heels.
A pretty necklace would work with it too

Great dress.....can be dressed up or down....
For office attire, wear flats or a low heel.....and maybe some simple earrings. Nothing more needed....

NO! Absolutely NOT, that is a dress for dinner, cocktails, theater, maybe the Opera, definitely NOT work appropriate.

i would say no its a little bit more evening wear because of the low neckline and longer hem. it would look great with some sparkaling dimond accesories though! perfect for a night out with someone special!
