I used mascara on my brother's and it was very effective.
You can buy kits to dye eyelashes, so that would be OK on the moustache.

You can buy hair dye for beards. It should give the same result on your moustache.

Nope, in no way. otherwise there could be no blond or easy brown haired adult males. fairly some the studliest adult males are easy haired. And does not unavoidably make greater physique hair the two, that's greater based on your ethnic/racial background, possibly from centuries in the past.

The best and safest way is to go to a professional beauty salon and have it tinted to a darker colour.
