It's all in your head. Your body will feel tighter and more fit right after you work out. After a little time though the adrenaline wears down and your body starts to relax. This is probably when you start to feel hungry so you eat something. Eating after a workout is good because your metabolism will be up. It's a timing thing, not an eating thing. Don't let that stop you from eating, or you could become more susceptible to eating an eating disorder. I'm not saying you have one or that you will develop one, I'm just saying that if you allow yourself to believe that even when you work out, that eating make you feel fat, you could be in for a slippery slope towards an eating disorder.

OMG!! THERE ARE SOOOOOOOOOO MANY PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD THAT R WAY TO SELF-CONSCIENOUS!!!!!!!!!! but if u dont want to feel fat then (i heard this on Oprah) try working out less and keep on a HEALTHY DIET like an apple as u said should not make u feel fat i mean , eating healthier is better than working out because its not as tiring and it doesnt take up as much time like i would go to the gym or running or what ever u do like once a week and than just eat VERY HEALTHY and that i hear is the best diet!!!!!

Do not eat or drink after one hour of exercise , you will gain weight if you do.
the best way and eazy way to loose weight is don't eat much for dinner , have some vegetables and little bit of meat don't eat bread, corn, potato, rice, noodle for dinner ...
I lost 5kg in a month just because i only have a little bit for dinner
how cool is that ~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm so happy now

Don't stop eating, and definitely eat breakfast.
Wear vertical stripes or solid colors head to toe. Vertical stripes give the optical illusion that you're thinner and taller than you are.
A solid colored dress or outfit will look more expensive and more timeless than a print. It will also mask any bulges you want to hide.
Taylored clothes (e.g. suits) make you look bigger where you want to look bigger and smaller where you want to look smaller.

In my opinion you can't appear skinnier. Either you should be happy and accept yourself for who you are or take some action. Everyone's unique in their own way. Believe in yourself and stop putting yourself down. There are more important things than being skinny or chubby.

wear black, wear stripes going down. also u cant expect to loose weight by only working out, u have to eat right to! also, u probably r skinny, u just dont no it
