do you know any home acne cures?

PLEASE nothing that includes weird ingredients...like rose water or coconut oil....just really simple stuff. where i live its hard to have access to that kind of stuff

For people who use Apple Cider Vinegar as a toner...?

How exactly do you use it? Like, do you dilute it with anything? Do you wash it off after? Do you use it once, or twice per day?... stuff like that.

I am looking for a home remedy to whiten stained fingernails?

During this past week, I have been doing alot of house cleaning, and yard work, now my nails are stained. They look horrible, I don't want to paint over them in case that would seal the stain in or cut them off. So far I have tried plain soap and water with a nail brush, lemon juice and water soak..... If any one has any ideas or knows something that will work, please let me know.

Skin problem what is this?

Everytime I laugh, get mad, cough, workout, go into the heat, scratch my skin etc. I turn red. My face turns deep red and my chest and arms are all blotchy too. I dont' have high blood pressure, sugar, etc. Does anybody else have this? Is this a skin problem, allergic, something that I am doing.....?
