What should you wear to a highschool mixer? Its not formal or anything. Would heels be a bad idea? Just wonderin.

i had one of those back in may. i just wore capris from hollister and a polo [dont remember where that was from] and i just wore sneakers but i ended up taking them off and me and all of my friends were dancing in our socks. if you want to wear heels, go for it, but if the dress code is casual, dont go too dressy; you'll look weird.

Wear the same items as your friend. If she has purple high heels, where green high heels. If she is wearing a pink feather boa, wear a yellow feather boa. That way if it is out of style, you will both be out of style at the same time and you won't look like you were trying to be geek-ish twins because you will have different colors!

heels might be a little too dressy. i usually just wear flip flops and then take them off to dance

You should wear dark wash Bermudas! I heard Rave has some cute ones there! Go to wetseal.com and u can find some cute henleys!! Heels would b a gr8 idea!! Just wear wat u would normally wear to school!!
