Yes they still make it but it is in the beige bottle.

I really don't think so. I work at a huge beauty supply store (Sally's) and all we carry is the extra dry formula. My suggestion would be to call the company (I think its Soft Sheen Carson) and ask them if it is available and where you might be able to get it. A long time a go we carried the regular, but it had been discontinued.
