At my work place I noticed the CEO of the company is very well dressed, but like him some men wear white undershirts under their dress shirt, becuase they don't wear ties. Are you supposed to, so you can hide the skin and any hair on the chest. What is the right way to do this?

I have been thinking about getting my nose pierced on the side of my nose, with a small stud. Can some one tell me how long i have to keep it in before i can take it out? Also, I have to wear 14K gold in my ears or they get really really sore. can i get that in my nose too? How bad dose it hurt?

All I did was ask a simple question about black hair and I was attacked. Not once did I say I laughed at her, not once did I state it was wrong or distasteful. I specifically stated I can understand change. It is a damn shame when one can not ask a question about another race without immediately being accused of hatred or being disrespectful.
