If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the easy way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.

Right after washing my face at night, I put regular old toothpaste (no gel) on my acne. Just dab it on to the pimples. They are usually gone within a few days. Then I keep on doing it on every pimple I get at night, until they are gone. Only do this at night, or your friends might think something is up!

If you have tried all the drugstore-off the shelf products and it is not working. It may be time to visit your doctor. They may put you on the pill which has worked wonders for my friends acne. If it still doesnt improove, you may have to visit a dermantologist. They'll fix you right up

Try PanOxyl bar. Find it at almost any store for about $6. Doesn't just clear up acne - but prevents it. I truly dont think there's anything better OTC this.

GO TO A DOCTOR
there are LOTS of things i recommend though. do not wear makeup to bed, flip your pillow every other night and wash pillow slips weekly, DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE, do not pick at your face, try 'Purpose' which is a soap free wash. you need to get medical attention because a lot of that generic crap at walmart will dry you out and make it worse. how old are you? if you are teenage and have the cystic acne you need to see a doctor NOW. it will scar. don't do what i did and spend years dealing with it.
i wound up on accutane but my complexion (at 25 years old) looks flawless now!! do not screw around with your skin.

I don't know of anything that will make it go away fast but you should make sure to FAITHFULLY use a cleanser the more oily your skin the harsher of one you need to use. (NO scratching, popping, and saying oh I don't have enough time I'll cleanse later) I suggest astringent and Neutrogena Oil Free Acne wash. (Hope it helps!) :)
