What about sachets of potpourri? They can easily be made with netting or doily material. Travel sizes of lotion or perfume would also be nice. You could also go to the dollar store and purchase cheap picture frames then have your women's group decorate them with beads, etc.

bath salt-- you need ziploc bags, epsom salt, glitter(optional)& scented oil--about 1 cup of epsom salt & a few drops of oil in a baggie--it's really easy
