My nose piercing hurt like hell. The pain was so intense it brought a tear to my eye (and I have 23 piercings, and that has never happened before). You'll have to keep the stud in for a minimum of 4-6 months before you even think about changing it (don't mess with it, as fingers are riddled with bacteria). You'll most likely be pierced with some type of surgical stainless steel jewelry. You'll be able to change your nose ring to 14k gold after that initial 4-6 month healing period. This could take more or less time, since people heal differently. Good luck to you!

It really depends on how you handle pain. I love piercings, i have 14 and one tattoo. If your ears hurt, chances are your nose will hurt.
The scariest thing i think is once its done, you start crying. Since the side of your nose is actually part of the tear ducts, you cant help it.
Leave it in for about 6-7 weeks, and be sure to keep it clean. If it scabs over, dont pick it!
I'm not too sure about the gold in the nose. Just ask the person who pierces it.
Hope this helps :)

If you have a metal sensitivity in your ears, you probably will in your nose also. So yeah if your nose gets sore it will hurt A Lot ..
But the piercing process doesnt hurt really at all...

Getting your nose pierced doesnt hurt at all. Be sure that you take your stud or hoop out before 5 years so that you wont get an "icepick" scar. Good luck and happy piercing!

yes you can get a 14K gold stuf in it, all you have to do is pay a little more, also it doesn't hurt that bad, yes it will hurt just a little but it should go away after a little while. ok you have to wait about 4 weeks brfore changing it just to be safe i would wait 6 weeks. i hope this helps, good luck if you decided to get it done.

How would you blow your nose with that thing in there? Ew.
I personally would not get my nose pierced in the first place. Ears are ok, but any other part of the body is a major health risk right there!

this should answer all your questions, but since you've already had problems in the past, you are probably going to have to take extra care and use only 14k gold in your nose pierce, too.
