Try a body scrub, like the Neutrogena body wash. You also might want to consider using soap/body wash after you wash your hair... I used to break out all the time because I would wash my hair last and the conditioner residue would run down my back. Now I always shampoo first and my back has improved... it isn't cured, but it is better.

exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. always. every day. but don't scrub your skin off too much! a light brushing should do it. plus there are products you can use that will smooth off your bumps on your back. plus, if you work out, and sweat alot, make sure to change your clothes immediately and shower. because if you keep your clothes on after sweating alot, it causes you to break out.

try Eucerin intensive repair body creme. you can find it in any drug store or target. if after a couple of weeks your back is still not showing any improvement, then i would go see a dermatologist for something stronger. you could be stressed out or doing something in your routine to promote more acne. or you may just grow out of it.

maybe you should try Pro-Active? It really worked for my friends and I, and you can use it anywhere, back, chest and face. It is a little pricey, about $60- $80 but your skin wont dry out, it has a lotion to keep it moist, and an astringent that i love. You can also get free masks, and toners if you buy a months supply. I like it, and it may help ya!

My chest and back was breaking out more on my chest though and I read a story about chlorine in your water and getting to much absorbed into your body. I bought the Paragon water purifier from Home Depot for 20.00 (I think it was cheap) and I haven't broken out on my chest since.

Try dusting your body with cornstarch baby powder after showing. You might just have oily skin and when you sweat you break out. The cornstarch in the baby powder will help keep you dry. :)))) hope it works

Once I moisturized my face and my breakouts minimized. Opposite meds. No salycic acid, no benzoyl peroxide. Who knew?

Or maybe you need to try those two products.

Quit using scented fabric wash detergents/dryer sheets, go completely unscented!

Wash clothes regularly, do not re-wear yesterdays shirt.
