Because you shave the hair on the soft skin turning them into harder hair which grows out a little painfully. It may sometimes look bumpy. But no worries; just wash gently with cool water and it will be over in a day or two.

It does when you first start. If you've been doing it for awhile and it STILL itches, you need to start using either Skintimate or Gillette shaving gel, and use a better razor. I like using Gillette's sensitive skin formula, and Venus Divine. Haven't had "razor burn" for a LONG time.

Dont you have parents? All your questions are a little much for a 13 year old girl to be shouting to the world. Find a female adult in your family and have a little chat with them about the birds and the bees. These type of forums are filled with predators and I can just imagine one of them trying to befriend you. Be careful.

Well after a fresh shave your body becomes irritated and the rubbing of your cloths makes it worst. So the area becomes itchy from the irritation

You are probably shaving upside down. Reverse your strokes or use a vertical mirror (The kind that switches up for down instead of left for right.)

Your body is use to having hair down there. When you shave it, it gives off that reaction.
